Commission TOS!

✿ Before you Commission ✿

✿ Make sure that my art style matches what you are looking for!
✿ Commissions are expected at 1-4 weeks OR more completion time given that the revisions are at a minimum. I'm also chronically ill (frequently work from home) and get ill often so please understand if there are delays at times.
✿ Commissions will be drawn in my specific art style and taste.
✿ Won't draw: NSFW, Heavy gore, Anything offensive/hateful, Etc
FYI: I am not use to drawing male figures or monsters but I will try my best! ^^
✿ Confidentiality is important to me. Real names are confidential during and at the end of the commission. ✿ You MUST attribute AND credit me wherever you use the art. For example, in your 'Credits' panel on Twitch, attributing the emote to me (@hanikovt_) when uploading your emote on Twitch, tagging me on Twitter (@hanikovt) when you post the art, etc.
✿ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
✿ You can request for me to not post the commission on my social media but it will be posted on my portfolio

✿ PAYMENTS ✿

✿ Full or half way payments are required upfront for commissions, before any artwork is provided.
✿ Payment plans are available to larger commissions
✿ Refunds are not available once I have started working on your commission!✿ All payments are made through PayPal or Kofi ✿

✿ REVISIONS ✿

✿ If you have major changes they must be discussed at the beginning. Beyond 2-4 revisions in total, I will charge you a fee proportional to the amount of time spent. If the number of revisions is too excessive, it will most likely lead to a stop in the commission process.
✿ No changes after approval per update step (example: sketch, line art, colour, render) and before delivery.
✿ No changes in animation (If it applies). The only changes I will accept are slight changes to the shade of colors or very minute changes during the line art + colouring stage. You are responsible for communicating exactly what you want drawn and I will do my best to meet your expectations.

✿ DEADLINES, DELIVERY, AND COMMUNICATION ✿

✿ Please be patient while your commission is being completed!
✿ Rushed orders with a specific deadline or Rude/ inappropriate behavior will add additional fees or cancelation.
✿ I will give updates, sketches, etc before sending the final product!
✿ Feel free to ask me any questions during the time you commission me!

✿ USE ✿

✿ All commissions are for personal commercial use or personal use. ex: streaming/content! For merchandise commercial use, please contact me.
✿ There will be additional fees I own all rights to my work. Stealing, Editing, Redistributing/Reposting without credits, and uploading into any A.I. engine is prohibited!
